and i was also able to get 3.7 kinda stable

im thinking about getting a better cooler though because my freezer 7 pro didnt keep the temps down

Then I would go for a watercooling solution, you will see the biggest gain in performance from the OC vs anything else on your list. Swiftech sells several nice kits for under 250.00.

I myself am not an audiophile, and have never appreciated dedicated sound cards, vs the integrated ones on the mobo...

right now im stuck between either:
1.another gtx 260
2.a new hard drive
3.a new cpu cooler

i really dont know what to get

the gtx260 should improve my performance
i only have like 60gb left on my main 160gb drive (Operating system/games)
but i also want to overclock higher....

my reason for wanting an air cooler: i have horrible luck with water in general

with my luck i will break something and not know it, and then there will be a leak etc. etc...

well definitely a better cooler #1 and Hdd space #2. I love the AC Freezers but OCing dosent matter to me so their performance is fine.
If you use a 20" screen do you think you need 1 more 260?

do bfg tech graphics card come with a lifetime warranty? and how is their support?

i have always loved evga's support, but the bfg gtx 260 core 216 is $20 cheaper which would allow me to get a new headset...

just out of curiousity.....can i put my core 216 in SLI with a 192sp gtx 260? im pretty sure i can....but will there be a noticable performance difference if i do that instead of pairing 2 core 216's?

since 2 260s is major overkill you probably wont see any diff. As to them working together I think they both will play nice together.

Zalmans are ok (I have a 9500 and its close to the Freezer) but the 2 we recommended are better.
(if ur gonna OC a bunch its more important to get better cooling, if you leave it alone (no OC or light OCing) the Freezer rules.

p gtx 260, new headset, and a new CPU cooler
But I'm scared about my psu not being able to handle another gtx 260

AFAIK Silverstone is a quality brand psu and the 750W has 60A which should be enough for 2 x 260.

I'd personally get a new mobo if I were you. I hear the 680 series doesn't OC quads well and you can get a good p45 mobo for around $100

i hit 3.7 on air
and was able to keep 3.6 on air 100% stable...but the temps were too high for my liking mainly because it was a b3 quad
