PCI Express 2.1 supports a large proportion of the management, support, and troubleshooting systems planned to be fully implemented in PCI Express 3.0. But, the speed is the same as PCI Express 2.0.

i know there is voltage difference from PCI-E 1.0 to PCI-E 2.0 am not sure that's the 2.1 gets a little more volt O.O

there's actually no voltage difference between PCI-E 1.x and 2.x; the difference is actually in power: 2.x delivers twice as much power as 1.x (75W vs 150W). this was achieved by doubling the current, not the voltage.
