I recently bought a second hand card from my friends son, a Radeon HD 6870.
It was from the start mounted in an Alienware system.
However, I was thinking of replacing whatever thermal paste they might have had from start on it, everything is secured with screws, some with springs.
Trying to lower the temperatures a bit. They are around 40C at idle.
I have some Arctic Silver 5 at home, will this do or should I get some other paste?
