What video editing software should I use?.....

I want to make an highlight video of some MMA fights (mixed martial arts, UFC, PRIDE etc) but Im new to this sort of thing and I dont know what software is the best one to use :confused:

I need a program thats easy to use but does everything (ie add audio to the video etc)

Thanks in advance for any info :D

i'm using adobe premiere .. it works exceptionally well .. love the "export for web" feature

i also heard good stuff about sony vegas

If you want simplicity, windows movie maker is the way to go. Even a total n00b can use it, and it isnt too bad :).

If you want more complex stuff, go for the other vids.

Windows movie maker tends to screw up alot.
Its crash happy, especially with larger videos.

Its crash happy, especially with larger videos.

That happened in the older movie maker...havent had one problem with the new one (the vista one)

But even the older one that came with XP SP2 (which was an upgrade of the original) wasnt too bad, rarely got any crashes.
