Pentium D overclocked like mad over 3.6

    OR

    Core 2 Duo E6750 stock?

I'm considering building a budget overclocked water cooled rig, or a simple Core 2 Duo with stock cooling, cannot decide which?

The Pentium D, could it be better than my old 6000+?

A e6750 stock will kill that overclocked Pentium D. For that matter, so will your old 6000+. Not even a question.
