I am happy with my 17" and 15" right now i want to wait on getting a LCD till i can get a 22" wide screen.

i think id stay away from any lcd over 17" that isnt a wide screen

....save your money up alittle longer

how to f*** did you know that is the one that i am wanting?I am thinking for now keep it how it is till i see what the new AMD CPUs can do i would hate to spend money on RAM and CPU and than have to buy new.

I'd rather have a 17 not a 19 4:3 one.19"is the same res as 17".But I would go for a widescreen 20" or higher one for sure.

acer's resolutions always seem lower. My sceptre is 1650X1050 at 20.1", you gotta get a 22" acer to see that resolution. Im gonna upgrade to a 24" when the price is $250 ish

Thanks, from reading that lot it would appear that there is only 1.2V on tap on his BFG and no BIOS mod is going to change that, needs a hardmod.

Get a better monitor, with those specs you want to be seeing as much as you can, otherwise its a waste. You'll have plenty left for another upgrade afterwards. tbh if you look in the right places you could get a AMD Athlon 6000+ 3ghz and overclock it, and also get a gig of ram to add. If not you could get a nice gfx card for that money.

volt 3 is supposed to be 1.5v i already read the hard mod thread found that the 1st day im more interested in unlocking 8/2 then il boost volts can you say 7900GTX

Here is an update i am going to get an opty maybe in the next 1 1/2 weeks than in a month get more ram.Than after i get the money get a new HDD than a LCD.
