    the Ultra 120 is bigger (63.44mm x 132mm x 160.5mm)
    the Ultima 90 (55mm x 115mm x 139mm )

More surface area allows heat to be carried away faster

The 120 is bigger and fits a 120mm fan, the 90 fits a 92mm fan.

the B-Grade is probably a bit dinged up, looks like a good deal to me.
(could be missing a bit of hardware as well)

im guessing the material used might not be A grade, or it failed thermalright's tests or something and they are selling it cheaply.. it could also be refurbished

Can also get free delivery from scan.

The reason the overclockers item is a B-grade is that it has been returned by someone in state which cant be sold as new.

Well since its midnight, they couldnt have sent it yet. So cancel it???

I believe panchoman is right. Because they both are the 120 extreme. Either B grade means all aluminum and no copper, or a dinged part for some reason. The other two who said the other one is a 90mm fan while not wrong, arent necessarily right. That B grade fits 120mm fans.

Cheaper than a watercooling setup and it has good reviews.
