Was playing The Last Remnant and noticed that the CPU was at 100% after installing rainmeter. Is this normal or is my computer just lame?

perfectly normal, your CPU is busy sending data to your VGA card.

The last remnant uses around 20-25% of each of my cores and I have a quad core clocked at 3.5ghz, so yes it's normal for your P4
