Where did my recycling bin go...?

i just installed Vista on one of my hotswaps just to toy with it. i accidently delete my recycling bin.

how do i get it backk!?

I did that before! I fixed it but I forgot how.. I think it was in control panel or something like that.

its cool. i just figured it out...

right click>personalize>change desktop icons

thats for anyone else who gets that problem.
