as the title says, where can i download the latest firmware for my drive

i read on google that Velociraptor 300GB has a Firmware update but it is not available on the official website of WD

my drive i believe has a very old firmware

WD doesn't release firmware updates unless you contact support with an issue specific to the firmware. I would advise not trying to update the firmware unless you are actually having issues.

if you are ok and not have any problem with current firmware why do you need to update them?
