Where's Xigmatek?

Is it just me or is something happening to Xigmatek and its coolers?

Their cooler products were plentiful at one point but not it seems that supplies are drying up and their new coolers are going away from HDT technology :wtf:

Adding cases to the lineup is fine but WTF is going on with their cooling products?

The Dark Knight I have is great but where is its successor?

look into the Prime or Venus. Im currently running the venus on my 775 rig and it runs flawlessly.The prime is a 140mm cooler and does the job quite well.

It seems like they are getting out of the mid range stuff somewhat doesn't it? Costs on the Prime is up there near the Noctua's and Prolimatech's

Any reason why they got away from HDT with the Venus?

Im still using the S1284 in my 775 rig
and their tituli line of notebook cooler,

te tituli do a very good job cooling my overclocked GT540M

If you compare their Fan sales on New Egg to their website you will see that it appears they are releasing new versions of a lot of things. Higher End better versions of things.
I am speculating like Norton said.... they are breaking into the higher End market.

Right that's what I'm seeing :shadedshu. Their selection of good performing mid-range items seems to be shrinking.

I also dont see many Xigmatek coolers either, the SD1283 Balder was okay but no one stocked it and there is also the fact they dont have that leap in performance you see with other cooler.

Coolermaster have the budget range covered with the Hyper 212.

Seems to be as soon as they started to do PSU and cases the coolers have been put on the back burner. Corsair on the other hand have managed to diversify well enough without effecting their memory or other product divisions.
