Which direction to install fans

I am thinking of adding fans to my computer case, mainly for fun and experience rather than because the temperature is too high. There are currently two side fans. My case has fan space on the front, back, and top available. One can see the grates in the second picture. What direction should each fan be installed (in, out)?
I have a couple slots in the power supply available for plugging in fans. How would I want to wire the fans if I was adding five to the current configuration?
Right now, with Chrome and background processes, Real Temp GT 3.70 says my cpu is at 32 degrees C.
I suppose that as you are seeing the computer pictures, the mess of wires disturbs you. How might I improve the wire layout?

Also try tucking the cables under the ODD and as close as you can to the side of the case for a better airflow.

1. Fix yo cables!

2. Back fans help with the outtake. Normally it can go front=intake and back=outtake with the top pulling in and side is.. does whatever a side does.

Front and side are intakes and back and top are exhaust.

Cable management is a huge reason in which why I bought a new case from a member on the forums. I'll be posting it next week.

Cable management it’s a full important thing to do, there is always a problem with PSU Cables, case panels and also hardware, it's not easy to do but we have to, it improves airflow inside the case, and also keeps your rig cool, the most important thing, your Rig will look so much nice,

for example I'm making random cuts to my current case for "Cable Management purposes... :roll:

maybe try it like this and see if it helps anything
Front=intake
rear+top= exhaust
upper side fan=exhaust (suck from gpu and cpu)
lower side fan = intake (blow on GPU)

Dont expect miracles. I only have 1 exhaust fan plugged in right now, when summer comes I plug in 1 top exhaust and 1 front intake.

More fans does not always == better temps (that's my observation) only more fans==more noise

the first thing I would do would be to replace that stock cooler
second those side fans aren't doing anything for you other then making noise
finally I would install 2 120MM fans one in the front and one in the back
the back looks like you may need todo some cutting as those cheap cutout holes are gonna be pretty restrictive
