    Hi all

    I am on the lookout for a decent fan controller, have spent a long time looking on SCAN.co.uk and Specialtech.co.uk but I just cant decide on one.

    Here are my requirements;

    1. Reasonable price less than £30, preferably less than £25
    2. Control 2x200mm CM Megaflow plus 1x120mm fan, so about 4 channels with about 10W or above per channel.
    3. Looks wise, not too flashy, main colour being black. Just plain knobs with or without a display for rpm and such not too fussed if it has one or not.
    4. 5.25inch
    5. A good controller for a good price

    Any help in my decision would be appreciated, been looking at brands such as Lamptron, Scythe, Zalman, NZXT but open to anything

    I was thinking the same, but didn't look before I advised it.

    The Sentry LXE is pretty cool, but pricey. 10W per channel and the ability to have fan control at your desktop. Just another way to go if the more mundane controllers don't do it for ya;)

    The mesh will be perfect, hopefully it will turn up on scan this week for £20 for free delivery, thanks people

    Quick question are there any drawbacks to having a large 30W channel?

    having to lug around a larger e-peen?

    I didn't find any real heat issues when they were loaded even with the Delta fans I tested with;)

    I have a couple of Lamptron's as well, nothing wrong with them either.
