Which is better?

I want to buy a cheap gaming card for my other rig. I'm wondering which will give me better performance. A 9600gt or 4830. Also would the 4830 run on a 500w psu with two 12v-18a rails?
I know the 9600gt can, just wondering if the 4830 would.

I'm pretty sure a 4830 would run on that PSU, it draws about 200W maximum. I'm also sure the 4830 is better, here's a review on it. It beats the 9600GT in every game I looked at.

4830 hands down...it can beat the 9600gt and almost hold its own with its brother the 4850
