Which is the Best in this range of price?

    164$ and can be overclocked easily to 600/620(1240) allowing for around 6500-6700 in 3dmark05

    256MB so less performance at higher resolutions than the 512MB xt but still the strongest performance for the price. (better than the 256mb 7800gtx less than the 512mb x1800xt and 512mb 7800gtx) so that should roughly translate to 9000 in 05 at stock.

    x1800xl at xt speeds esentially the HIS stock performance.

    there are x1800xl's for aroun 320 so those aren't really worth it against the HIS, and the 7800gt is aroun 290$ again not worth saving the 60$ unless you plan to run sli.
    256MB gtx run 410-450$ again slower than the HIS.
