I'm looking for a motherboard at or under the £80 price mark. I would like it to have the following things:
- Core 2 Quad support
- 800Mhz+ Dual Channel RAM support
- Nice overclocking potential (3.0GHz on a Q6600 maybe)
- One which will fit an Arctic Freezer Pro 7 on it
- Gigabyte/Asus board, leaning more towards Asus as they seem cheaper for the same features and are nicer looking boards IMO.
- 8GB max RAM is fine, i can't see me going over 8GB before i get a new motherboard
- 8+ USB ports
- All other features aren't necessary to me really
I've seen the following, how would these be for overclocking and which would be best? Plus how much difference does 1600FSB make over 1333FSB with a 1066FSB Q6600? Oh and finally why are P43 boards a fair bit cheaper than 45? what is the difference?

EDIT: This one seems rather cheap for what it is:
