I've been sticking with my Enermax PSU for quite some time. However, I just recently got in on the Buy.com deal for the Antec Neo 500W for $50 shipped. I was planning on using it for a secondary PC, but then after getting it, it seems really nice.

I'm curious of the two, which is the better one? I'm currently running a single card setup, but I may move to dual 3870s or to a 4870 at some point. Obviously in Crossfire the Antec should run better, but for a single card setup, which is better? Note that the Antec has 3x17A 12v rails, while the Enermax has 2x20A 12v rails (I'm aware that more 12v rails doesn't necessarily mean better).

I wouldn't trust either of those power supplies for corssfire but that's just me. For a single 4870, both will hold up fine, i would probably go with the Antec power supply, since 400W is barely cutting it

the antec would be fione for crossfired 3870's it has 3x12v @17a each, not too sure on the 4870 tho, just check the power req of the card, hell im going crossfire with my 4850 and 520w coolermaster, although it has 4x12v rails at 19a each

I'd trust that enermax over the antec for both single and dual card setups
