Before, I was ever told :
Now I declare that GT240 is the best dedicated PhysX card for Mafia II.

    Do you agree with me?

I use a GT 240 and Mafia 2 uses 45% of it at most. The game needs PhysX fixing. Too early to tell which card is best.

Nice job, good to see that a low-end card such as GT240 can handle PhysX flawlessly.

would love to see the results with a gt240, like i said in the other thread you cant really compair the gt240 to the 9600gt. they just arent the same cards. ROP's are a huge factor in physx and the gt240 only has 8 of them and alot lower clock rates.

So if this turns out to be the same in the final game, I'm happy on one side and angry at the insane reqs they threw at us to make us buy nVIDIA cards...Thanks bakalu!

I accidentally discovered that Mafia II used all the resources of Quad Core CPU.

    My system:
    CPU Core i5 750 @ 3.6GHz
    Mainboard ASUS Maximus III Extreme
    RAM 2x4GB DDR3
    ASUS GTX 460 TOP
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit RTM
    Driver NVIDIA 259.47beta 64bit
    PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware

I play game Mafia II (chapter 1), used fraps.

    Settings in Mafia II
    [IMG]

    I begin benchmark here
    [IMG]

    And stop benchmark here
    [IMG]

And Result with Core i5 @ 3.6GHz (Quad Core)
