XFX, BGF, eVGA hell even Asus makes a good card. Not sure on MSI, but the first 4 are rock solid.

I don't know about OC'ing but BFG has great warranty service. My friend purchased a card that was DOA, quite disappointing. However he called them up and the tech rep mad a couple suggestions which we had already done so he gave him a RMA # and about 5 business days later he had a new card. That's not bad considering that was to an island in Alaska .
