Why Does my 300r Not Have a Black Inside?

I originally purchased my PC from cyberpowerpc and chose the 300r but I now realized that all others have a black inside and mine doesn't? It doesn't matter too much because I am getting a new case soon but I am just curious!

yeah thats wierd i've never seen a corsair case without the insides painted. Got any pictures?
