Why is my cpu multi downward locked...?

And where could I get a modified bios? I am sure I am not the 1st person to run into this irritating problem. ABIT has several updated bios' to choose from, but none appear to have resolved the issue in question. Thanks for the help:respect:

Try downloading GCPUID.exe version 1.9.0220 .Then then unzipp and run.
then do this


Then pick your multi and click set .

well I dont seem to have the original install so I zipped my GCPUID folder and here it is maybe it will work or maybe it wont .Unzip and run the .exe..Again good luck;)

Not possible as far as I know ! I am almost certain that you can only lower the Multi on that CPU.Sorry.:cry:
