The firm has conducted litigation throughout the U.S. against the following companies: Acer Inc., Apple Inc., Atheros Communications Inc., Belkin International Inc., Best Buy Co. Inc., Broadcom Corporation, Buffalo Technology (USA) Inc., Circuit City Stores, Inc., Dell Inc., D-Link Corporation, Gateway Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company, Infineon Technologies AG, Intel Corporation, Lenovo Group Ltd., Marvell Semiconductor Inc., Netgear Inc., Sony Corporation, Texas Instruments Incorporated, Toshiba Corporation, Westell Technologies Inc., and 2Wire Inc. I knew something like this was going to surface sooner or later, this is part of why Patents hurt standards, and it is true that 802.11n is also at risk due to patents ( i don't know which ones, but the patents applied to electronics need some serous reform. )

Well, if you don't pay attention to them, some court somewhere will file an injunction against you, and your company will be shut down. Frivolous or not, the law is enforceable, not to mention the fact that most judges absolutely hate it when you ignore them. ;)

Why is Intel being sued for this and not Advanced Micro Devices?:wtf::wtf::wtf:

They probably just tried to name as many popular technology companies as they could so as to get the most money out of this.

I say HA to this and fat chance and No I won't wish you good luck either WI-LAN
