Nokia Drive, which seems to currently be available only on Nokia phones. I hear people saying Bing maps (or rather "Maps") has turn by turn on the HTC 8X, but I haven't seen it yet. Are you able to go to a store and play with one? If you get a Nokia phone Nokia Drive is excellent (and my Lumia 920 has been overall pretty spectacular).
