As the title says im looking forward to buy a HD 7750.. i game at a fairly low resolution of 1366x768.. will this card play all modern games well?? Games like Battlefield 3? all i want is a smooth gameplay with good settings.. And also, will a 280W PSU be sufficient??

Other info : Im planning to get the 'GIGABYTE HD 7750 OC' which has 80MHz overclock, so ill get some extra performance rite??

It would be barely playable for BF3, maybe remove AA for smoother performance. 280W PSU would probably not be enough, even for the 7750. Maybe at least a 400W PSU, although that would still depend on the other components.

See the review I linked 1280x1024 performance 30FPS is plenty playable.

Ok guys ill get a 400W PSU.. basic one is enough rite? coz the reviews say the card uses about 180W in full stress.. Was just goin through the gameplay videos and it doesnt look that bad infact.

31.1FPS for a first-person shooter is barely playable.

Even with a 41FPS average in this review other graphs also show that the HD 7750 undergo some slowdowns. Although that's with 1080p and Medium settings (TR review), but I would think that would still be equivalent to 1366x768 and highest settings possible (TPU review).

On a budget with a 768p screen it is PLENTY playable
