Today I removed my old graphics card (GeForce GTX 550 TI) and i insert the new one that i bought today (Asus GTX 750 TI 2GB OC). Everything is working fine but when my PC is trying to boot the Windows it does a Beep sound and again and again until i press the Del buttton and then it boots the Windows. So my question is why do i get the Beep and not booting problem. I checked everything and it is working fine and i took the Ram out and put them back in but it didin't work i am still having this problem..

Thanks.

By chance you haven't forgotten to connect the power wire from the PSU to the graphics card?

you might want to leave it out of the mobo a few hours with the pc unplugged, it wont instantly clear every time and can take time for the power to drain out of all the caps and chips.

What theoneandonlymrk said...

Unplug the computer from the power source (AC)
Pull the CMOS battery
If you have a reset jumper on the motherboard, move it to reset then back
Install the battery back in
Plug it into the AC
Turn it on and test it.

Also, what PSU are you using.
Just guessing of the top of the head, but, doesn't the 750 use about twice the wattage as the 550.

Is this a pre-built system originally; or, did you build it from scratch?
And, what PSU do you have; or, post a pic of the spec sticker.

Use your edit button to combine your posts... so, that, you do not double and triple post.

Anyway, how are you connecting the 6 pin power to the video card?
That PSU seems, from looking at the pics and specs online, does not have a 6 or 8pin (6+2) connector?
Are you using some adapter? Which one?

Anyway, try the card in another PC to test it.

Also, check to make sure you have knock loose any other connecters (power or data cables).

This is just a guess; but, your problem almost sounds like the bios is having trouble discovering the device.
Did you try setting the bios to use the PCIe GPU and not the on-board graphics?

Remove the Gpu
Clear bios
In bios set vga to PCI-E
Reseat Gpu try again

Make sure Pc is still booting with no gpu , maybe you bumped the ram and not booting.

A bios update could be a option not sure how easy to find one for your board

What would that achieve?

Clear the bios ,fully, what else, then reset to optimal defaults.
Sometimes bios settings go bad and sometimes a long stretch with no power is the only way to clear it,obviously with the bios penny battery out.
I've had to do this twice ,after swapping a CPU and once for a gpu.

Un-plug any device you don't need to boot. (external drives, usb sticks, mice, usb adapters, usb hubs, etc.)
Make sure there is no disc in the CD/DVD drives.
Try moving the keyboard plug to a different port... if it is USB.

Try a different keyboard... if you can.

Unplug the computer from the power source (AC)
Pull the CMOS battery
If you have a reset jumper on the motherboard, move it to reset then back
Install the battery back in
Plug it into the AC
Turn it on and test it.

^^^^And, try resetting the bios, again.^^^^

95Viper i did it, and it didin't help and i dont have a jumper on my motherboard

You should have a CMOS(BIOS) reset jumper... it is JBAT1, that is located just under the CMOS battery, labeled BAT1.

You can get the motherboard manual, it is a site owned by MSI: link for manual --> MS-7728v1.0(Medion)
Page 2-2 has the illustration of the motherboard and 2-17 has info on the reset jumper.

So what do you think happens if you remove the power lead and bios battery????

Only better because the caps on the motherboard holding all the chips on will drain causing actual zero volts across the motherboard.
Bios clear jumpers and reset switches clear only the bios Rom or attempt to, sometimes the issue is not resolved by this as a setting in another chip is the culprit.

When swapping CPU memory or gpu a full power down and flush bios clear is sometimes required not a basic bios settings clear.

On My listed rig I had to drain power for 2 hours to get my 8350 working right after swapping from a phenom 2 960T, and I had already cleared bios many times your way, 30 seconds is Not always enough.

Ie my ways shorter than yours ,easier and works better so why you repeatedly saying to try the same thing Op tried near the start of this??

The OP said "i dont have a jumper on my motherboard." to clear bios which it does so there is a diagram for his to follow to do so .
The correct method is which I have stated
If clearing the cmos via jumper does not work then you doing something wrong , a few seconds on the jumper is all what is needed to clear it
Capacitors could take 24hours to discharge as there is no load , so its like a waiting game hoping they discharged
If want to leave power out and let the Capacitors discharge most as well just short them all out with a screw driver same thing, will cause no damage

Normally when people change cpu,ram , gpu one of the other components may get bumped which cause bad contact and thus pc does not boot , sometimes you think clearing the cmos again will
fix the issue but actually you just bumped the ram and now it making good contact again
