P.S.=> AND, if you meant processes running under your USERNAME solely? You might want to look @ a tool like msconfig (it allows you to trim not only services as that thread largely concentrates on, but also processes YOU specifically start, such as startup group, registry RUN areas, etc. et al, as well)... apk

How frequently? Is your router "refreshing" the IP address every 30 minutes... rather than staying on permanently?
