Wireless video from Sky+ to TV upstairs without loosing Dolby Bitstreams

I was thinking of purchasing a device that will send video from our TV downstairs which is hooked upto our Sky+ box to my bedroom's televsion upstairs which is hooked upto my AV receiver. Sky+ is known for broadcasting some of their movies in Dolby 5.1 and I'm confused if such a wireless device is capable of keeping the audio pure enough for my reciever to decode the 5.1 content.
