Looks like a great modest system for the price... do you have all of the other components to go with? RAM, HDD, Video card, Case, PSU, etc. etc. etc.

total would be like 120$ shipped, theres other acceptable boards an cpus with agp that would make a good cheep system too.

if you want to go dual core with it u could still keep it below 200$ easily, heck even an opty 165 an a socket 939 agp board could be had for 200$ or lessish.

Just my opinion - Good CPU, lousy mobo... stay away from VIA chipsets.
