Yep, that's definately a Veloci. 90 day warranty doesn't matter, like you said, because they are high quality industrial drives. I've never actually had one die on me, only outgrew them.

Trouble is, you can find 600 gig drives for $60 to $75 shipped. These being a 250 gig at $60 doesn't seem quite worth the price.

True, but these are the 10k RPM Velociraptors with normally a 5-year warranty. They retailed for $150+

Absolutely True!
My point, and other's, was that a Veloci comes with a native 5-year warranty, so these should be extremely solid drives for well past the 90-day mark.

I think you miss understood me brother. That is what I was saying, I have seen 600 gig Velociraptors selling on other forums for $60 to $75. Usually the 300 gig version with sell for $40 or so.
