worried about my hd 6870 temps

Hi, my HD 6870 under catalyst looks fine usually running at 70/77c max. I then recently used GPU-Z which along with the temperate has two other temp sensors. #1 is the main and I guess is what is showed in catalyst and other utilities the other two show much higher temps. As mentioned #1 maxs out at 77 #2 & #3 go to 100-110. What area do these sensors monitor? Could anyone else with a 6870 or similar look at the mentioned sensor temps?
I run my card at stock speeds. Should I stop using it and apply new thermal grease? I have a lot of this but no thermal pads, could I reuse them?
I have issues opening my card and need some help fast as someone should be here in a few hours to buy my rig, I don't want the card malfunctioning on them.
Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Which is the exact model of the card, for example: gigabyte 6870 OC 1GB Windoforce 2X, also how much time does the card haven been with you, did you have ever repasted?

Powercolour is the vendor it looks like this: http://www.bigbit.com.ua/img/goods/10113.jpg
Yes the paste was reapplied about one year ago with arctic silver, I've had from new so roughly 3 years +. It's not had much use recently. I can reapply thermal grease but as mentioned don't have pads.

I think the other temps are just the maximum temps reported.
If the current temp is 70 it is still high if it is at idle

Dude.... GPUz from techpower up have the option for free screenshot uploading,

Look at the camera logo over the "Lookup" botton... thats the screen shot maker...
then press upload to free image hosting and select the second option,

according to the log ..
GPU2 temp 2 is the VRM's
111c is pretty hot, time to remove the cooler clean it and apply fresh thermal paste/pads make sure you get new thermal pads, yes you can re-use them in a pinch but its not a good idea.
if it has a separate heat-sink for the vrm's then remove that and replace the pads there

these should work may need to trim them to fit
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EQ23NCK/?tag=tec06d-20
as for the paste I would use MX4
*note you can not substitute paste in place of pads

I was unable to take a ss because my pc was at home and now it's gone. I replaced the thermal paste with mx4 and got new pads. Funny thing was I applied it just to the die and the core temp at idle was 50 and I didn't even dare game. I then re-cleaned and reapplied it but all over tiny bits around the core and idle and load was much better, #2 & #3 also went down from the 100s to both at 90 which is a nice reduction. Feel a bit better about selling it, wouldn't have felt good if I sold it as it was.

Only place I seen that word was the late 80s and it was used by amplifier companies, so #2 was monitoring vram and #3 a mos fet? Anyway the pc is now sold and I hope it gives the new buyer years of service. Can't believe how low value used custom pc's have. Yes it was far from a high end system but it wasn't bad and getting offers like £200/£220 felt like an insult. Especially when I can get £120 for the CPU alone (3570k).
One nice thing I can say about cleaning and changing the thermal paste was the card can be oc'ed now. Before any little change to core or memory speed resulted in a black screen, I know performance wise it'll make little difference but at least it showed.
Thanks for the input from everyone, guess I learned stuff.
