I've had several cases that had no features for cable management. My current Lian Li sucks for cable management, but as far as bloody fingers, sorry, I can't help you there.

Okay, with my Elite 430 the management was not so pleasant but doable, I have an old ATX case weighs a ton dont know who made it but there is no management with that :D
I can say this with Corsair cases there is no problem that's why i like them.

Worst case I ever owned was a Thermaltake armor case and it had crappy airflow along with very sharp edges. I told myself I would never get another case that was not coated on the inside.

Bad airflow.
Extremely cramped with an ATX motherboard.
PSU on top
Motherboard must be removed to replace the PSU.
On the good side, very quiet with a low powered system.

My Antec Sx 830 had no cable management features that todays cases have. I made it work to my favor though with velcro tape.

Honestly my old Antec 900 as much as I loved the cooling, was horrid for cable management without modding. A more recent case that was crap was the Antec VSK4000... it was too damn narrow. But enough zip ties and determination got the job done, I was just never content with it. Some of the older Apevia cases as well (I think they were Aspire back then).

It had the holes and routes...but seemed like only 2mm of space between the MB tray and back panel. The tabs for sliding the cover on wouldn't line up right as they were just barely aligned out of the chute. I wasted more time building that one machine than I have in a while (on a customer build that is).

Beyond that, +1 to Frick, cases from the 90s.

I've been extremely impressed with the Cooler Master N200. I used to default to Rosewill for solid budget cases, which they still have some good options, but the Cooler Master N200 is a damin good case. I highly recommend it.

I have a mid 90's case, no namer, that has cut me numerous times. I finally just left the damn side panel off! It helped with airflow, though! :D

I still have it. It is in storage, my Socket A computer. I bought a newer Board w/ some CPU's from a buddy here. I can't wait to fire that baby back up and fry some chips!!:toast:

my fingers are usually quite sore after a days worth of building, especially with those cheap cases made out of very thin uncoated metal, and usually a nail or two gets damaged. However the amount of times i drew blood is less than 5! Usually just carelessness, and more than once it was sticking my fingers in an already spinning fan:D

The only two that come to mind are the Lian Li PC-Q08(I'm used to the V2100 or V1000, both well built) and the Apex TX-381-C. These we're from builds I've done for other people and I thought they we're so flimsy I almost didn't want to give them to the person and frankly felt bad for having recommended them(according to the budget they had to work with). As far as cuts go....I must be nimble with my hands because I've yet(since 1988) to cut myself working on a pc. Although...since I just said this, I'm sure the big cut is dead ahead...:).

Ok...not that nimble.

Ever shot 150psi down a 3/8" tube? I have....;). Sounded like a .45 going off in your ear and just missed my left cheek.

About an inch from a - worst case scenario.

I used to work at a computer store and building the Antec 900, 902 and 1200 required me to disassemble the case and rearrange all the hard drive and optical bays. Also hardly any room behind to motherboard for cable management. the The Xigmatek Utgard were a different type of terrible which had near immpossible to remove hard drive bays and cheap steel would mean the case would just warp in shape.

I think the worse aftermarket case I have ever had was the original NZXT Tempest! Horrible cable management, cramped quarters, and awful drive bays.
