Yes, if it is the 1.65v version(which is the only one I can think of, although I think there may hsve been a 1.8v version in the past, too).

Its not a question of will it work with your chip.

You need to know if its compatable with your motherboard.

Try reading the reviews on it and see what other people have to say about it.

What mobo do you have?

Whats your budget? I wouldn't recommend 1333 c9 9speaking from experience) definately shoot for 1600mhz+ with your i7
