I got the WRE54G to expand the signal from downstairs to up stairs which i must say it does well as i get a signal of 20db\97db.
But the problem i all so use the laptop down stairs too and even though i can see the signal from the router i cannot connect to it which is annoying as the signal is like 60db\97db.
Any idea's ?..
At this time i found a good 1/2 way point were both get s signal around 50db\97 but would like to find away to change to which ever one i wanted when i wanted.

Problem solved. Just wish it would check which is the strongest signal without the need of disconnecting 1st.
