It's an older Compaq OEM based off an ATI Xpress 200 Chipset.

Same exact board only orange in color. :)

EDIT: FYI, I do not beleive it has a RAID controller.

As cdawall brought up, on STOCK volts I was able to get the cpu over 5Ghz on the AW9D-Max. Also, with ClockGen you can overclock the board. I currently have the cpu sitting @ 4.4Ghz on it, but you may not be able to get an overclock with an 800FSB processor.

how much for the Chip and board? I have a family member that has a 478 system that has seen its better days im just looking for something cheap to replace it... Also you have any HSF for it?

No heatsink fan, but only able to sell if I can get the at least an e2180+2x512GB kit out of them in return. The parts will be replacing whats in my specs and given to my wife.
