    Hi Mr Yellow

Sure u can softmod your X800pro to get an X800XT. You'll have a nice performance boost over your current card setup, but you'll stick with your actual 12pipelines, not the 16 featured in the XT edition. MAKE SURE to test your card max core/mem clocks with atitools BEFORE proceeding to any bios modifications, you don't want to clock your X800Pro like mad and kill it, do you ?

For your interest, the targeted core/mem clocks are respectively 500/500 for the X800XT and 520/560 for the X800XT Platinum edition.

    Proceed carefully !

ATI Silencer 4 is great, using it for my modded x800 pro vivo.
