X800XT-PE Bios with lower Stock Fan Speed

Hi. I just installed an ATI Silencer 4 Rev 2 on my X800XT. I cools perfectly, however it could be a little more silent in idle. As I do not want to run background apps like ATI Tool / Tray Tools, etc., I would like to flash the bios. As XT-PE speeds are possible, I could easily use an XT-PE bios. Is there an XT-PE bios with maybe only 46% stock speeds in idle vs. the standard 67%? Thx for your help.

I have the same card X800XT with the same cooler flashed to XT PE and all the BIOSes (I have flashed) are with 67% fan by default. You should live with that if don't want other programs to run .
