I have the exact same card BBA X850Pro unlocked 16p. I suggest you get some aftermarket cooling before you attempt the vmod! the stock cooler blows! i ordered the Thermalright V1 Ultra, but an ATI silencer will work as well, you risk overheating your card if you do the voltmod with the stock cooling...just a warning, but good luck man i will be doin the same thing in the next couple of days!

It looks exactly the same like my X850PRO@XT PE AGP. How to voltmod it you can read here: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/voltmods/112

Please to answer me what exactly card do you have (producer) and what are the max. core and memory (what type 1,6 or 2.0ns) clocks? Finally what are your standard Vdd and Vddq?

i got a build by ati x850 pro vivo 256meg, memory is 1.6 card comme clock at 500/500 i can overclock to pe without any problem but i put the gpu around 570 the image just freeze i did not try to overclock memory more becose i don't have any sink on them i am not risking it more then 540

voltage at c60 is 1.42 thats the vddq ??

no i am confused i want to raise the voltage to the core only so i can pass the 570 to 600 meaby,, using air cooling . using the pencil trick do i have to do it on more then 1 resistor? or more ?

its very confusing its talking about vcore igpu vmods vddq vdd vmem vid ... wow simple question i measure the voltage now .. i can mesure the resistence and try to lower it to let more voltage trought.. wich resistor do i try to pencil mod on ? thank you

Pencil mod will probably not work. Try the VID mod.

It is the Vcore. Vdd and Vddq are the memory voltages. You can measure them following the link from the above posts or to measure it on the capacitors (near every memory chip - 2 capacitors). They should be app. 2.00V and 2.07V. See the attached picture:

Thanks for the support :)

Well i got the volt mod now .. i just did it .. number before was (1.42 VGPU and 0.44ohm) now its (1.48 VGPU and 0.42ohm) i still cannot get the core to get past the darn 580mhz!! underload at 575mhz GPU get at 50C wich is far from the 70C other ppl get on air :) shud i try getting the VGPU at 1.55 perhaps?

thank you

I recommend you not to go over 1.5V VGPU with air cooling.
But it seems that you have watercooling since no air-cooler is able to hold 50°C temp at 575MHz highload.

This sound interesting. Do you have some pictures of your cooling system?

Thats nice solution. :rockout: I would like to make something similar, but I can afford to make a hole in my window :(
I have two 80mm fans to flow cool air inside case. One at front-bottom and the other on the left side (flows air through a tunnel to graphic card). Then I have 2 80mm fans on the rear side to take the hot air out of the box. Three of them run at 6V. The last one runs at 12V, but can be switched off using "light switcher"(the thing on the wall that turns light on/off) :D Everything run at low niose level. My case is Chieftec bigtower so I have a lot of space for all of this. I will post some pics lately.
Btw what are you using as a dust filter? I have a serious problem with dust.

My windows are made of massive wood with double glass. They are perfect for isolating temperature and noise. My wall is made of solid bricks and it is 0,5m width.
I dont think that it is possible to get through.
