According to EBGAMES/GAMESTOP this comes out early 2012. According to blizzard, this game is coming out around the same time as SWTOR. December 2012. Absolutely ridicolous, I pre-ordered years ago, literally, years.

If the connection is only based on the host, you could just play password locked games solo. I always did that for D2, I rarely played online, but I wanted the ability to be able to if I wanted, so I just played the game solo in password protected games.

Doesn't really bother me. I've been in beta for quite awhile now. I guess once you are accepted into beta you stay in till they stop testing.

I've played the (limited beta) game a bunch and I'm already over it.

Kind of bummed that they got rid of the coolest new features: pocket vendors, disenchanters, identifiers. The game should be more inventory friendly imo

Bah dont care anymore, ive got the beta key ages ago, but couldnt login for no reason whatsoever tried reseting password and gave up. D3 is old and date before release.

EBgames/gamestop always puts a date, if it's at the end of a month, it's safe to assume it's arbitrary.

Blizzard did say their initial goal was end of last year, but it wasn't a release date by any means.

You have to login to play. Blizzard had previously stated it would be online only, similar to starcraft 2.

Great game wastes so much experience with poor jet controls, even with a PRO joystick the actually software support is poor. BF3 seriously needs patching. You can't control speed, it's either "slow" or "fast" as a static preconfigured setting which makes the speed slider useless , no manual landing gear deployment ... big etc

Ofcourse it's hard to play, you don't have any real control over the aircraft, too simple for a game like BF3 ... ehm ... BFBC3

Are they infected with the standard EA virus, release now, patch later(or never)
