Performed Mods:
The only casemod I've done is cutting the metal fangrill out in the front of the case, and removing the foam "filter" material out of the mesh in the front, increasing airflow by a large amount and adds some style to the plain looking case.

This is a temporary setup, it's on a table in the main room of the house, no walls or anything to mount speakers on behind me. The wire management isn't the best, I don't have a window in my case right now so I don't really care.
