Performed Mods:
I got UV sleeving on all of the cables but a few because i ran out. I have 5 light LED bar that projects LED and also UV lighting throughout the case. I total but i dont have a picture of all of them up but a total of 6 Cold Cathode Tubes. 4 Green 2 Blue. 6 Blue LED fans. O ya all the green Cold Cathode lights are sound reactive so its green blinking into the blue lights in the case. Umm an attempt at cable management but a kind fail. I tried with this case it is quite difficult.

Mine is 1 up from the stock that came with my AMD64 x2 processor.
I used to have a clear case. I couldn't stand the impossible to hide cable clutter, and the dust.
