Would Like to change the side window to an etched piece with custom design idea i have but cant share currently. Also want to pain the inside but to do it right would leave me with no rig for a good while. So in that sense this is my rig heavy on the gpu light on the cpu with a bit of red mixed in. Comments crits ideas any and all welcomed.

Post your commentdamn dude, that is one sweet rig you got there,
veeeery naaaaice setup :-D
but, if you wanna paint the rig then just put your hardware on the table, then you can do what you want, unless you go to a lot of lanpartys and stuff
i'll wait and see what happens before i give you a vote.

I wonder where the two 230mm fans went? lol....Anyway your rig looks pretty good! When I decided to paint my rig I just set everything up in a cardboard box while I painted the case. I was even able to add fans and cover it so my cat wouldn't mess with it. If you paint the case and spend some good time on cable management, your HAF would look awesome! Good luck buddy!
Two 5850s makes me drool. I would settle for one. Nice rig.
thanks all around and im unable to run it outside the case to much dust . cat hair up in the air using positive pressure i already have to clean the rig once every 3-4days as is and with my work schedule right now theres no way ill be able to paint it properly the way i want to. lol so this is as good as it gets and cable management i agree could be better hell i wish it was but im out of zipties haha plus gigabyte made some odd choices with the 790gx board the usb connecters for the front panel for instance are located between my graphics cards. And the setup is only somewhat nice that phenom II 940 seriously bottlenecks these gpus like no tomorrow eitherway next upgrade / build ill grab a cheapo $30 case and then mod my haf as i see fit but its gonna be awhile. as vacation = better then rig building.
anyway thanks viewing and sharing ur opionions ill try and grab some zipties and work on the wiring job soon (note not much i can do about the 4 fans they have extremely short wires and there 3 pin only i had to go grab a bunch of 3pin to molex connectors to even get them working
also sorry for the crappy pic quality they were taken with a webcam roflol so yea even i know they look horrid and grainy

U got very nice specs but a very bad camera and an ugly cable management.!!!
Dude u have one of the best cases for C/M out there...Give it a try and hide all these cables...And post some pics with flash after this...
THEN I l give u an8,maybe 9/10...
Now i wont vote...

by: MT AlexI don't think it necessarily a bad thing to exhaust the cpu heat out the top, plus if you think about it heat does rise. The only con is it will suck heat off the graphics card, but if a case has a ton of airflow then it wont make that much of a difference.

well theres 7 120mm 90cfm red led fans in the case 1 230mm red led fan 1 140mm fan and the 120mm Xigmatek fan everything runs extremely cool im just strapped for cash to the point i cant spend a single dime right now thus the freebies if ppl PAY for shipping lol. and like i said once i get some zip ties ill redo the wire managment it was all done once before when i had a 4870x2 but when the gpu mobo etc died i had no way to rout it again its a work in progress im not a hardcore computer guy (well i am just i dont have the budget) but yea ill see what i can do after xmass ill have about a week of free time to give this rig a once over on everything.
and again the pics were taken with a WEB CAM ie a $20 web cam i dont have the money to get a digital camera nor do i know anyone with one -_- so yea cut me some slack :toast: im just sharing my rig for better or worse.
but yea after xmass as in when im completely out of work ill do you guys proud as far as a decent wiring job and maybe a few little mods im thinking of using 2 80mm fans to make my computer blow cool air at me when gaming it should be an intresting concept to say the least

Dude, I'll just fly over to your place and do the cable management for ya! I love doing it amd I am a little obessive over it ;-) maybe for some idea's check out my rig (link in my sig), it's not tje same case but whatever. :P
well like i said it WAS completely hidden and the wiring job clean but after having to tear everything out i just did a rush job i love doing my wiring just dont have the time or adequate supplies just yet besides right now im more worried about rmaing 4gigs of ram so i can have my 8gigs back and sending out those fans and the mobo etc to CP etc like i said after xmass ill have the time and cash to go back and revisit the wiring / details of the rig and i should be able to borrow a camera when the family comes up for the holidays so better quality pics to boot
i got some zip ties not many but enough to hopefully clean up the inside a bit expect an update soon
Not much in modding but I do love your setup. Nice work.
thanks once i get over the flu im redoing the wire managment to clean it up a bit and yea there was little modding done unless u take the time and pain it takes to remove those 230mm fans and then replace them with 120mms (coolermaster didnt include proper screws i had to actualy forcebull use a screw driver and a larger screw to cut into the fans and hold them in place other then the fan swap no modding was done just felt sharing what i had
You say you are looking for an AM3 790fx board and a 955/965 with 4gigs DDR3 if u got something send me a PM .
My suggestion would be to go for the MSI 790FX/SB750 mobo and some OCZ GOLD DDR3 4GB RAM. I think this board is one of the best Am3 mobo's out right now, even better than anything ASUS released to date. MSI's mobo is really nice looking and feature RICH!!!
