Performed Mods:
Added a fan to the heatsink on the 9500 GT, changed out the fans normal 3 pin for a 2 pin so it could attach to the card itself. Rigged up the Laptop hard drive on to the quick detach hard drive bay. Added a 120mm fan grill to the case side instead of the stock mesh. Rigged up a 120mm fan in the 5.25 bays.
Still intend to replace quite a bit on this rig, as you can see in the thread I linked.

I've thought about painting it, I'm not sure yet. If I do, then I'm going to do it the right way and touch up the outside how I want to as well.

When rating my case, please post a comment. If there's something that you don't like, and you don't tell me, I can't well change it!

Love the case Red_Ed! your cable management is excellent! I noticed you took my idea into consideration and mounted the cpu controller on the back which works perfectly. If possible, you should tuck that controller wire under the pci slot and around the psu through the back. 8/10 from me bro, your case looks clean :)

Thanks t77. Yeah, mounting the fan mate on the back of the case worked great. I got kinda lazy with it's cable, because I was so tired after dealing with all the other cables. I plan on messing with my cable management again in the very near future.

8 out of 10, everything looks pretty clean and tidy which is a great plus... but to be honest I think it's looking a little too empty in your rig, I'd say either get a full ATX board or downgrade the case, just how it is at the moment, it kinda keeps asking for something more.

+ as mentioned spraying the inners certainly would make things look alot better :)

I think it'll look a bit better once I get my new 5770. I got the case for $40 new... It get's great airflow. So I like it.

As for a new mobo, I've been thinking about that. I like this one, but I would like to have more ram and one of the new AMD 1090T X6s...

As for painting the inside of the case, I may do so, I may not. I'm not sure if I want to yet.

You should paint it... it'll probably take the bareness away from it and add much effect :D

There's a few things I would like to do to this case. We'll see what happens when I get the rest of the stuff I want.
