Come have a look at overclock.net if you want some help ocing or repost here and I can help you
BTW i have a similar setup same mobo but a 2.8 extreme edition and im running 3.7 24hr prime stable on air so you should be able to get at least 3.5 post a cpuz screen shot
http://www.energyfiend.com/death-by-caffeine/ and see for yourself.
At 150 lbs-
152.80 bottles of Bawls + You = Death
186.14 cans of Mountain Dew + You = Death
For $2 you can get like 4 cans of mountain dew at any grocery store, or a big 2 liter.
Or you can simply get a more worthwile energy drink like Rockstar or Whoopass.
After 68.25 cans of Rockstar, you'd be pushing up daisies
Or my personal favorite
27.30 cups of Starbucks Tall Coffee + You = Death
I've never even heard of the drink before, but I like the color through the window look.
