| I have been very leery about going water cooling, worried about leaks mostly, but when I saw this koolance Exos II + lian-li v1000 pre-mod I loved it and decided to take "the plunge" as it were... anyways, I am extremely happy with the v1000 case, it's the best engineered computer case I have ever worked with... well worth the $$ if you can afford one. Anyways, the koolance exos II performs quite well with this case, because it breathes so well with all of the perferated surfaces. Air comes in from all directions and not only keeps the components cool, but allows a LOT of breating ability for the radiator intake... on full blast those two 120mm fans really move some air... on 1/2 way the machine is all but silent... hearing only a small fan noise... sounds more like "wind" really... not bad at all... performs well... cpu 30c idle and 36c full load... gpus 40c idle and 45c full load. :) 3Dmark05 score: 10579 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1232262 | |
