The GeForce 7650 GS was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in March 2006. Built on the 90 nm process, and based on the G73 graphics processor, in its G73-VZ-N-B1 variant, the card supports DirectX 9.0c. The G73 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 125 mm² and 177 million transistors. It features 12 pixel shaders and 5 vertex shaders, 12 texture mapping units and 8 ROPs. Due to the lack of unified shaders you will not be able to run recent games at all (which require unified shader/DX10+ support). NVIDIA has placed 256 MB DDR2 memory on the card, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 450 MHz, memory is running at 400 MHz.
We recommend the NVIDIA GeForce 7650 GS for gaming with highest details at resolutions up to, and including, 800x600.
