AMD Radeon HD 6990M Rebrand
The Radeon HD 6990M Rebrand was a graphics card by AMD, launched in July 2011. Built on the 40 nm process, and based on the Broadway graphics processor, in its Broadway XTX variant, the card supports DirectX 11.0. The Broadway graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 166 mm² and 1,040 million transistors. It features 800 shading units, 40 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs. AMD has placed 1,024 MB GDDR5 memory on the card, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 800 MHz, memory is running at 1100 MHz.
