The GeForce GT 140 OEM was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched on March 10th, 2009. Built on the 55 nm process, and based on the G94B graphics processor, the card supports DirectX 11.1. Even though it supports DirectX 11, the feature level is only 10_0, which can be problematic with many DirectX 11 & DirectX 12 titles. The G94B graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 196 mm² and 505 million transistors. It features 64 shading units, 32 texture mapping units, and 16 ROPs. NVIDIA has paired 1,024 MB GDDR3 memory with the GeForce GT 140 OEM, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 650 MHz, memory is running at 900 MHz.
Being a single-slot card, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 140 OEM draws power from 1x 6-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 105 W maximum. Display outputs include: 2x DVI, 1x S-Video. GeForce GT 140 OEM is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface. The card measures 229 mm in length, and features a single-slot cooling solution.
