ATI FireGL V3350

ATI FireGL V3350 Image ATI RV515 Image
The FireGL V3350 was a professional graphics card by ATI, launched in October 2005. Built on the 90 nm process, and based on the RV515 graphics processor, in its RV515 GL variant, the card supports DirectX 9.0c. The RV515 graphics processor is a relatively small chip with a die area of only 100 mm² and 107 million transistors. It features 4 pixel shaders and 2 vertex shaders, 4 texture mapping units and 4 ROPs. Due to the lack of unified shaders you will not be able to run recent games at all (which require unified shader/DX10+ support). ATI has placed 256 MB DDR2 memory on the card, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 600 MHz, memory is running at 400 MHz.
Being a single-slot card, the ATI FireGL V3350 does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is not exactly known. FireGL V3350 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCIe 1.0 x16 interface.
