The Quadro Plex 2100 D4 was a professional graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in July 2008. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G92 graphics processor, the card supports DirectX 10.0. The G92 graphics processor is a large chip with a die area of 324 mm² and 754 million transistors. Quadro Plex 2100 D4 combines four graphics processors to increase performance. It features 128 shading units, 64 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs per GPU. NVIDIA has placed 4,096 MB GDDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface per GPU (each GPU manages 1,024 MB). The GPU is operating at a frequency of 500 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
