Unleashed earlier today AMD's Dragon platform has now been integrated into Dell's latest XPS 625 desktop PC. Starting at $999, the system is powered by a 3.0GHz AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition processor, two ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics cards in CrossFire mode, 8GB memory, and a 10,000 rpm hard drive. All that hardware is placed carefully in a special Dell aluminum chassis with a choice of either black or red accents, plus the AlienFX customizable lighting system inside it. $999 is not the price for that configuration, unfortunately. $999 gets you a single 4850, an X2 5600+, 2GB of RAM, and a 500GB 7200RPM Drive.

Here is the fail. At first I thought $999 wasn't that bad a price for a Dragon system.
what u can expect from oem. do like us: make ur own computer :)
100 price premium on the proc, not bad I think they gouge a little more for intel.

I bet you wont find that at Walmart!! At work we played with one of the Intel systems like this and I can't believe the lady spent $2000 on the system to use for browsing and pictures, 2 each their own.
